Curling, Speed Skating | Olympic Games Bid 2026

Working with the Swedish Olympic Committee on the Games 2026 concept, we created technical drawings, 3D models, and animations for all the Olympic venues, both new builds and adapted existing ones. The Stockholm-Are 2026 Games concept is founded on a new vision that encourages countries to be sustainable and build as little as possible.

The grand Olympic and Paralympic Games opening and closing ceremonies would take place in beautiful Friends Arena located minutes north from central Stockholm. It has a capacity of over 50.000 people. We created renderings, animations and technical drawings for this and following venues.

Curling and wheelchair curling venue would be a new build in the south of Stockholm. It has an initial capacity of 3.000 spectators that was upgraded to 7.500 fans with temporary tribune solutions that we designed together with Swedish Olympic Committee. The new concept was created with upgraded technical requirements, such as egress routes, ventilation capacities and dehumidification. We also created technical drawings, renderings and animations for all these venues.

Speed skating venue and new Olympic village would be in a new fully sustainable community of 30.000 people under construction in northern Stockholm. The Stockholm village would have a capacity of 2.700 beds.
