Investment project of a residential 6-storey building. There are 3 apartments per floor, one 2-bedroom apartment and two single-bedroom apartments with windows towards the main facade, all of them have contemporary interior design and a kitchen open to a living room.

The facade is designed at an oblique angle while keeping the overhangs parallel to the street. That creates a unique and expressive facade centrepiece finished with glossy black colour. The rest of the facade is finished with a grey ceramic cladding to give elegance to the whole.
