Team Bases are mainly formed by four 40ft containers and one 20ft container, in addition to other accessories such as flat rack platforms and modular stairs. It is a temporary building with a public ground floor full of commercial activations and promotion of the sailing teams. Its first floor with a lounge terrace and meeting space area is accessible only for VIPs and team business guests.
Less is more. Modularity is prioritized in the design, which is why we propose to use a few containers and make most of the square meters in between them. Another fundamental aspect is the capacity of personalization of each building to promote team identity.
